Your Repair, Our Commitment
When you bring in an item for repair, we'll assign it a unique project number and provide you with a corresponding coupon. This coupon serves as your claim ticket.
Stay Updated
Once your repair is complete, we'll contact you. To retrieve your item, simply present your coupon to us. We cannot release items without the coupon.
Important: Timely Pickup
Please collect your repaired item within 60 days, as indicated on your coupon. After this period, we cannot be held responsible for items that remain unclaimed.
Authorized Pickup
If you're unable to pick up your item personally, please call us in advance to authorize someone else to do so. We may require identification and a signature from the authorized person before releasing the item.
